Debbie Hulbert, RN, BSN, MPH is the Director of EAP, Employee Occupational Health and Safety at Allina Health. She has overall responsibility for the EAP and Employee Occupational Health and Safety programs.
She began her nursing career at Methodist Hospital in Rochester, MN where she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Surgical ICU. Her career in Employee Occupational Health began 28 years ago where she worked as an Occupational Health Nurse and then as the manager at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota. After being with Regions Hospital for 10 years, she made a career change and moved to HealthEast in St. Paul, Minnesota where she worked as the System Director of Employee Occupational Health and Safety for 13 years.
Debbie graduated from the Rochester Community College in Rochester, Minnesota with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing. She also completed her Bachelors of Nursing Degree at Winona State University in Winona Minnesota and her Masters of Public Health degree at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
